I've seen a lot of people over the years do all sorts of crazy things to cover the advance window on the back of the Holga, all of which are a complete waste of time. I say this because I have invented a way of creating a window cover that just requires a few pieces of tape, and about 10 seconds.
Get the back of your Holga and turn it over.
Tape the bottom half of the window, and don't overlap the top half, because you will still need to look at the numbers when you are advancing your film.
Now simply slide the button up to 16 when you are not advancing your film, and the advance window should now be completely covered.
